|Recommended: YesJust moved to the area for the military. I was recommended here by some friends who already lived here. The apartment staff has been excellent to work with. The apartment itself is well-cared in a good area to make the most of both Manhattan and a relatively short commute to Fort Riley.
|Recommended: YesI’ve been living here for about 5 months now and it’s been nothing but amazing. The staff is amazing, they are always willing to assist in anyway needed. Maintenance shows up at anytime needed. The apartments are very modern, comes with a lot of space and a washer and dryer which was a huge plus for me and my husband. I have no complaints, honestly love it here
|Recommended: YesGreat apartments if you don't mind hearing your neighbors — The apartments area really nice and aren't cheap or run down. I love how much room there is in the kitchen and how nice the countertops are. I also really like the look of the hardwood floors. Whenever I've had maintenance issues, staff fixes the problem quickly. The apartments are in a nice location and I really enjoy the view from my balcony. My only complaint is that I can almost always hear my upstairs neighbors. Because the flooring is hardwood, it doesn't absorb sound like carpet would and I can hear them walking around, talking, closing doors, etc.
|Recommended: YesI love living here this is a great complex — Everyone here is very good and are very nice to talk to when there are issues or things that need to be fixed. The apartments are built well and I rarely here anything other than an occasional door closing from neighbors. The general community here is very nice, I have had neighbors help me with my car and taking up groceries to my apartment. The only complaint I have is it is hard to get a hold of staff in the office sometimes, but if you leave a voicemail they usually get back you quickly or complete your request as soon as they can. Overall a great place to live and I highly recommend it
|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live — We were not sure if we were staying in Manhattan so we rented at Scenic Woods for the past 3 years and a few months. It has been a very pleasant experience the entire time. We are on the third floor and have a great view. There is concrete between the floors so noise isn't an issue. The walls are thick enough you can't hear your neighbor beside you. When we recently purchased a home and we relisted out apartment. This is a great feature if you have a lease that you would like to end before the term has ended. They reassured us they would do everything they could to get it rented. They kept their word because a week later it was rented.
|Recommended: YesGood for the price — Well I’m the week and a half I’ve lived here so far I’d say it’s really clean and they hold pet owners to a higher standard so you don’t have to worry about stepping into dog poop. Residents seem friendly and the living place is clean and outstanding quality

|Recommended: YesReally like the apartment, but.. — The apartment itself is very nice. I love the view outside my balcony, but the dog station is not often taken care of. Maintenance for inside the apartment is amazing.
|Recommended: YesNice one bed apartment Very spacious with nice finishes and appliances. Apartment had barn wood floors that were awesome but had some splintering issues. Overall nice place with maintenance that actually would respond within a few days and office always would quickly respond to emails or calls.

|Recommended: YesBest apartments on West Side — Scenic Woods never hesitates to help you with whatever you need. Never had a problem with the management or the apartment itself. The 1 bedroom apartments are more spacious than expected and also much nicer than expected. It is a great place to live and even the neighbors are really nice.

|Recommended: YesFelt like home within getting the keys — The staff here is wonderful. The maintenance man, Mike, is one of the nicest, most responsive people I have ever met. The complex itself is gorgeous and feels like its own little haven here in Manhattan.
