|Recommended: YesModern apartments in a safe location. — The landscape is very beautiful here. It’s next to a noisy street, but you can’t hear it from inside the apartment. The noise from neighbors isn’t too bad except for the occasional loud music that can be heard. Many young college students live in the apartments with some families with children. Interior of the apartment is very modern and up to date with wood flooring that is great for pet owners. They have a nice pool area to cool off in the summer. Their fitness center is very small and has limited equipment. Groceries and restaurants are fairly close. Located near downtown manhattan area. So far the apartment covers all my needs and is comfortable.

Apartment living is kind of small for our family, but for the price of our rent and the pool, you can't beat it
|Recommended: YesWell maintained and and structured apartment complex — it is a nice and quiet community located at a decent distance from the center of the city. there's a park nearby that's great for many outdoor activities, it is located in the part of town with to most greenery.

|Recommended: YesQuality Apartments But High Cost — Very nicely constructed apartment, well maintained, and a very responsive and professional staff.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in Manhattan — I have been at this complex for about 2 weeks now. So far things have been very quiet at night and nothing glaringly wrong with my unit. There is plenty of parking and the green areas are nice. In my opinion. these apartments are a little pricey, but more than likely the best in Manhattan.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best in the area — I would say the worst thing about the apartment complex is that sometimes I can hear my neighbor singing in the shower, but who's to say it's not just because she's singing extremely loudly In all seriousness, yes, I can hear other people doing things throughout there apartment occasionally, but people are respectful and are quiet when it's late, so it has never been a problem. I call the property staff A LOT about random questions and they are always very polite to me and help resolve my issues promptly. I've lived here for a few years now and would choose this property over any of the others in the area.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding — Quiet, peaceful, very pleasant. Excellent staff. Maintenance requests responded to in a timely manner. Maintenance tech is very good extremely competent. Established schedules for pest control every 2 months HVAC filter changes every three months. The best services I have found in multiple living communities. The community is a mix of residents who represent the Manhattan area. Residents include military, students, professionals, retirees some great dogs
